  • Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
    • Please check your Junk/Spam folders. Order confirmation emails are sent out immediately post purchase. If there is nothing there, please send us a message via the Contact page.
  • Will this item come back in stock?
    • We are taking a break, so no - everything on sale is what we have left.
  • Why are some of items/branding/payment methods branded with “Toille”?
    • We rebranded last year to Elari. We don’t believe in waste, which is why some of our products have our old labels and tags. Digitally, some of the platforms still use Toille and Co, we are working on getting everything changed over. If you see something please let us know, because we cannot always see that it hasn’t changed over on our end. 
  • Why hasn’t my order been shipped out yet?
    • We are trying to get orders out as quickly as possible, however due to the sale and the extremely high volume of orders, this may take up to 4 working days to be shipped out. Thank you for supporting our small family business and understanding that each and every order is packed by one pair of very loving hands at our dining table while our baby is asleep. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 
  • Why are some of my items being refunded?
    • Your item was unfortunately sold out. If you and another person had the last item in your cart, and they check out a few seconds before you do, the system will still let you check out your order. We apologise for this!  
  • Why aren’t you responding to mycomment/message on Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest/Tiktok?
    • We apologise for missing your message! It may have gone into our spam folder, but we also get hundreds of messages and comments every day so some may be missed. The best way to reach us is via the Contact page on the website.
